WellQ7™ Pet - How to clean brush roller

Issue

• Brush roll not spinning
• Brush roll not working
• Vacuum not working
• Vacuuming not cleaning properly
• Vacuum has low suction

Solution

How to clean and remove entangled hair, threads and fibers from the brush roll.

Instructions:

1. Press the BRUSHROLL CLEAN button/pedal for at least 3 seconds.
2. Detach the nozzle from its body.
3. On the side of the nozzle, turn the locking mechanism to "unlock".
4. Remove the brush from the nozzle.
5. Remove any obstructing objects from the brush roll.

After cleaning, reinsert the brush into the nozzle and turn the locking mechanism to "lock" the brush in place. Make sure to allow at least five minutes for motor to cool before powering back on.
