Solution
If your vacuum’s brush roll stops rotating, there are a few quick checks that can help you get things running smoothly again.
The vacuum is designed to pause the brush roll if you change nozzles while the unit is powered on—this is an intentional safety feature. Simply turn the vacuum off, then turn it back on to reset the brush roll.
Next, make sure the floor nozzle is securely attached. The lock button should click into place to confirm a proper connection. A clog may also be the cause. If debris is wrapped around the brush roll, clear it as needed. For detailed instructions on cleaning the brush roll, refer to your Use & Care manual.
If you’re still unable to resolve the issue and your vacuum is within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact your retailer. If your unit is more than 30 days old, we’re here to help—reach out to us to schedule service.
