- Vacuum not working
- Vacuuming not cleaning properly
- Vacuum has low suction
Applies to
- Model(s): EHVS3510AR, EHVS35H2AQ and EHVS35S2AD
Solution
If the brush roll isn’t turning, it may simply be bound up with debris—something that’s easy to check and resolve. Here’s how to clean it:
- Detach the nozzle from the main vacuum body. On the side of the nozzle, turn the locking mechanism to unlock, then remove the brush roll.
- Clear away any hair, fibers, or debris wrapped around the brush roll. (Your Use & Care manual includes additional details and safety tips, if you’d like more guidance.) When the brush is clean, reinsert it into the nozzle and turn the locking mechanism back to lock.
- Allow the vacuum’s motor to cool for at least five minutes before powering it back on.
For more information, please refer to your Use & Care manual. If you’re unable to resolve the issue and your vacuum is within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact your retailer. If your unit is more than 30 days old, we’re ready to help—please reach out to us to schedule service.
