Solution
Error Code Description
- Indicates there is ice jammed in the shoot. An alarm will sound when a cube is stuck in the shoot too long.
- Ice has melted and frozen around the auger due to infrequent use, temperature fluctuations, and/or power outages.
- Ice cubes are jammed between the ice maker and the back of the ice bin
How to clear Ice Jam
- Remove the ice bin, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean the container, wipe dry, and replace it in the proper position. When new ice is made, the dispenser should operate.
- Remove ice cubes jamming the dispenser.
How to reset/clear Error Codes
- Depending on upon which model your unit is, you may try one of the following:
- Pressing "“CLEAR ALERTS" button on the unit.
- Reset the unit by unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
- If you are unable to unplug the unit, you can try flipping the breaker at the fuse box, please note that this will reset everything on same circuit.
