Is this a newly installed unit?
- Make sure the unit has been installed correctly, please refer to your installation guide and use and care manual for more information.

Has there been a power outage recently?
- Check the circuit breaker or fuse box:
- Locate your home's circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Check if the circuit breaker for the refrigerator has tripped or a fuse has blown.
Check the unit power supply and outlet
- Make sure the unit is plugged in securely and the outlet is working by plugging in another appliance to test it.
