Make sure the unit has been installed correctly, please refer to your installation guide and use and care manual for more information.
Make sure the unit is plugged into a dedicated outlet. It should be 115-volt or 120-volt, individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3-prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse.
Has there been a power outage recently?
Check the circuit breaker or fuse box:
Locate your home's circuit breaker or fuse box.
Check if the circuit breaker for the refrigerator has tripped or a fuse has blown.
Check the unit power supply and outlet
Make sure the unit is plugged in securely and the outlet is working by plugging in another appliance to test it.
