Solution
Error Code Description
- High temp will illuminate next to clear alerts button. Alarm is played every 60 seconds. Press “CLEAR ALERTS” button to acknowledge the alarm. The highest temp value will be displayed when the alarm is first acknowledged.
What can cause High Temp Alarm?
- The door may have been left open for extended amount of time.
- The unit temperature settings maybe have been adjusted. The recommended settings for a product installed in a kitchen is 37˚F for the refrigerator and 0˚F for the freezer.
- The unit may not have a good seal, double check the gasket around doors for a good seal.

How to reset/clear Error Codes
- Depending on upon which model your unit is, you may try one of the following:
- Pressing "“CLEAR ALERTS" button on the unit.
- Reset the unit by unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
- If you are unable to unplug the unit, you can try flipping the breaker at the fuse box, please note that this will reset everything on same circuit.
