Ovens - What is convection?
Applies to
- Ovens
Solution
Convection Cook mode uses a fan to circulate heat uniformly around the oven. This improved heat distribution allows for fast, even cooking and browning results.
Convection provides better baking results if you’re using multiple racks. Most foods cooked with a bake setting will cook faster and more evenly with convection. This mode is not available on all models.
