Solution

Error Code Hd or HO indicates the unit is in the "Heat Delay" or "Heater On" mode. This delay is to allow the dishwasher to heat the water to the optimal temperature for best performance.

NOTE: The colder the water is, the longer the delay time will take to heat the water to the proper temperature. This normally is approximately 1 to 2 min. for each degree in temperature rise.
