Solution
Error Code i20 indicates that the dishwasher is not draining properly.
Please check the following:
- The knockout plug in disposer has been removed.
- Check to see if the drain hose is not blocked or obstructed.
- Check to see if the drain hose is not pinched or restricted.
- Make sure the drain hose is at the correct height a min. of 32” from the floor.

How to reset error code
- Pressing / holding the cancel button
- Turning power off at the breaker
- Unplugging the dishwasher for 3 minutes.
