Solution

Error Code i20 indicates that the dishwasher is not draining properly.

Please check the following:

• The knockout plug in disposer has been removed.
• Check to see if the drain hose is not blocked or obstructed.
• Check to see if the drain hose is not pinched or restricted.
• Make sure the drain hose is at the correct height a min. of 32” from the floor.

• Make sure the glass trap / filter is clear of any food soils.

How to reset error code

• Pressing / holding the cancel button
• Turning power off at the breaker
• Unplugging the dishwasher for 3 minutes.
