Error Code Guide
Your appliance may show a potential issue through a corresponding code on the display.
E 42 Door Open
- Check to make sure door is not block and is fully closed.
H4 / B4 Incorrect wiring
- This is a known installation issue, please contact your installer
EF1 Ventilation Blockage
- Check lint filter (blocked/lint).
- Check the exhaust tube for bends, restrictions and blocks.
- Check vent exit for any blockage.
- Clean and clear any debris in the way.

Mute The unit has no sounds or alarm chimes
- The unit may be in mute mode and user must unmute the unit.
Some units will have a illuminated mute icon, indicating Mute as be activated.
AD Auto Dry Setting
E 4 Humidity Sensor Failed
- Your dryer will complete the current cycle and you can still operate manual cycles. If error code continues, schedule service.
H2 / B2 Power Supple Issue
