Solution

Error Code E11

Error Code E11 indicates the washing machine isn’t filling with water during the washing phase of the cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • E11 may cause the unit to lock for up to 6 minutes.
    NOTE: If you unplug the unit and plug it back in, the 6-minute lock will restart.
  • Make sure the hot and cold lines are not reversed. Hot supply is connected to hot inlet and cold supply is connected to cold inlet.
    Note: This is a known installation issue. If your washer was recently installed or moved, have the installer verify the installation was done correctly.
  • Check water supply requirements.
