Freezer Too Cold
Issue
- Freezer is too cold
- Freezer needs to be warmer
Solution
What is the temperature currently set to?
- We recommend setting your freezer temperature to 0°F (-18°C) or lower, this will help prevent bacteria growth and allow foods to last longer.
- To adjust the temperature turn the control knob to a lower number and allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.
Are the vents blocked inside the unit?
- Make sure there is no food items in contact with vents as these items will disrupt air flow and cause food to freeze. Clear any blockage to allow for proper air flow.
