Solution

  • Be sure water action can reach the dispenser. Remove any dishes that may be obstructing the water spray from reaching the detergent cup.
  • Check water Temperature – If the water temperature is not 120°F, the detergent will have trouble dissolving.
  • Try a different brand of detergent if there is a problem with the detergent you are using.
  • Make sure the detergent has not expired, we don't recommend using detergent that over a year old.
