Solution

Is there power going to the unit?

• Make sure the display lights up.'
• Make sure the light inside turn on.
  

Have had a recent power surge or power outage?

• Power surges can cause breaker to trip and electronic control issues, try resetting the breaker back to the ON position.
• NOTE: This maybe and electrical issue, that will require an electrician.
  
  

Is unit plugged into a GFI (this outlet has a reset button on it)?

• Your microwave should be on a dedicated non GFI circuit to avoid tripping the GFCI breaker and no other appliances should be on the same circuit.
