Solution
Is there power going to the unit?
- Make sure the display lights up.'
- Make sure the light inside turn on.
Have had a recent power surge or power outage?
- Power surges can cause breaker to trip and electronic control issues, try resetting the breaker back to the ON position.
- NOTE: This maybe and electrical issue, that will require an electrician.
Is unit plugged into a GFI (this outlet has a reset button on it)?
- Your microwave should be on a dedicated non GFI circuit to avoid tripping the GFCI breaker and no other appliances should be on the same circuit.
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE
- For units installed within the past 30 days, please refer back to your installer to resolve this issue.
- For units installed after 30 days please contact us to schedule service.
